Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

All orders ship from our organic Day Spa in Ottawa, ON within 7 business days. We often achieve an even faster turnaround time, typically within 2-3 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time

Canada: Once your order has left exhalo Spa it should arrive within 1-7 business days.

USA: We're striving to keep up with the changing shipping laws to the US. Shipments now must go through customs, which means shipping times may take longer than usual. We sadly have no control over how long it takes customs to clear your package. Typically shipments arrive in 5-9 business days, but it truly depends on your USA customs. Orders will not be refunded due to longer than expected shipping times. Buyers are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs rates are different for every country. If you deny paying any import taxes you will not get a refund for your order, as we do not receive the package back. Thank you for your understanding. We still want to be your friendly Canadian neighbours up here.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We accept unused returns within 14 days of delivery, but we do ot offer refunds, we offer Spa retail store credit alternatively. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Thank you!
